The Danish West Indies Study Unit is a specialized organization within the Scandinavian Collectors Club
dedicated to study and promotion of philately of the stamps, postal history and post offices of the
Caribbean Danish islands of St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. John from the 18th century to 1917 when they
were sold to the United States. Copies of the Study Unit's newsletter are published on the site,
making it a useful resource for DWI collectors.
