- The postcard collection documents a variety of medical care facilities, and health-related businesses and institutions in New Jersey throughout the 20th century. The collection of 470 cards contains black and white, color, and realphoto postcards. Most of the items date to the early 1900s - the "golden era" of post card production.

- Picture postcards of the nursing profession (19th - 21st Century). The primary function of the ZNA is to present otherwise inaccessible images of nursing for use in projects and studies.The Archives comprises 4700+ postcards, selected for significance, composition, and condition, depicting the nursing profession in 71 countries from 1893 to 2002.
